25/11/20 We’re updating your askEddi platform with new features and changes to the Attendance dashboard, which you’ll start to see in the coming months.
Users may lose some functionality and system access during this time for no more than an hour or two. We will be in touch via email in advance of any down time.
Here’s what we’ve been working on:
NEW: Covid-19 X Code filter: The X Code filter is available to turn on and off at institution, years, registration groups and individual pupil level. The schools who have been involved in testing this new feature say that it is saving them many hours, especially when it comes to submitting their daily Covid-19 absence returns.
NEW: Attendance dashboard screens: shows attendance, absence and X Codes at a glance when you log into the app.
NEW: Create & save bespoke filters: set predefined filters for faster access to your regular data reports.
UPDATED: DSA & Privacy Documents: We have completed a new Data Protection Impact Assessment to ensure GDPR compliance and new DSA and T&C’s are now available for your school to digitally approve. Review the key documents here: https://askeddi.com/key-documents/
IMPROVED: Hourly data sync from school MIS (was 24 hours)
NEW: Print and export data. Print your dashboard data results and/or export results to a .csv file
NEW: Introduce Mid-terms: Filter and view pupil results for mid-term or three-term school year.
